FORMER BRITISH INTELLIGENCE OFFICER, NOT ONLY AMERICA OWNS ALIEN SHIPS

 

Franc Milburn, a former officer who served in the British Army's prestigious Parachute Regiment, recently shared some incredible details about a conversation with a former member of a unit under the umbrella of the Daily Mail of MI6 (the United Kingdom's foreign spy agency), responsible for the operation in question.

The recent information reported is certainly disconcerting and inevitably raises connections with David Grush’s declarations made before the American Congress in July 2023. Mr. Grush had indeed declared that the American Government has gotten - at least since the 1950s - materials, and information on alien ships, revealing thus a reality that might be even more complex than previously hypothesized.

Franc Milburn, a former British military intelligence officer, revealed that in the late 1980s, in the north of England, an aircraft described as "non-human" was recovered by British Special Forces.

Milburn also recounted a conversation that took place with a member of the Royal Air Force (RAF) who participated in the pursuit and attempted attack on two saucer-shaped UFOs, which outpaced fighter planes, thanks to their ability to reach hypersonic speeds. While maintaining the anonymity of his sources, Milburn provided remarkable details about this incredible story, told by an acquaintance of his who was part of “E Squadron” at the time, also known as “The Increment”. This unit has always been involved in carrying out special, covert and paramilitary operations, recruiting the best operators from the elite British Special Forces, including the Special Air Service (SAS), the Special Boat Service (SBS) and the Special Reconnaissance Regiment (SRR).

Milburn's account essentially described how the RAF, on this occasion, mobilized around thirty elite soldiers to recover the mysterious crashed aircraft. Arriving on site by helicopter, the soldiers reportedly set up a security perimeter around the aircraft, which had unknown design features compared to ground vehicles and appeared to have been abandoned by the occupants.

“The RAF (Royal Air Force) had told them that an aircraft, which was not Russian, British or American, had been shot down,” Milburn reported. “They were told that they had the task of securing and recovering the vessel found in the north of England”

“The RAF did not describe the aircraft, they only said it was obvious it was not human, and it was obvious there were occupants who had fled the scene.”

“A part of the unit remained to protect the vessel leaving six to eight men to cordon off the vessel, and the others moved on foot, in quads or in 4x4 vehicles trying to track down these entities that had escaped.”

“The source” - continued Milburn - “further told me that: Scientists and technicians concluded that it was completely out of our hands. We were taken away by helicopter and have not heard anything since."

Despite their efforts, Milburn said, the soldiers were unable to track down the escaped occupants, at which point scientists and technicians intervened, finding that the object was beyond human capabilities to understand or handle. The soldiers were then removed from the scene, and have since had no further information on the incident.

Franc Milburn, claimed that these events were reported to him by his former elite colleague, renamed as John, a fictitious name that was given to him in order not to reveal, at least for now, his true identity. Although John provided no concrete evidence or additional details, Milburn said he relied completely on John's credibility, strengthened by the corroboration of other Special Air Service (SAS) veterans and John's history of service, including his participation in the war Falklands , a major military conflict fought between April and June 1982 between Argentina and the United Kingdom for control and possession of the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands.

“I believe him 100%. I worked with him even after his military career,” she said. “We're talking about a guy who fought bravely in the Falklands in some of the most brutal battles,” she added. “This is not the kind of person who bullshit or talks bullshit.”

Milburn, who - as mentioned above - has an established career in both British military intelligence and as a contractor in conflict zones, currently works as an analyst at the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies, an Israeli think tank. It is important to remember that Franc Milburn has written several significant studies on UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) that explore various aspects of this phenomenology. One of his works, published in November 2020, investigated the Pentagon's UAP Task Force, a unit established by the US Department of Defense with the goal of evaluating and improving understanding of the nature and origins of UAPs observed by forces US armies.

The study – labeled as “official” - delves into the knowledge of Department of Defense insiders, scientists, and declassified materials to seek answers regarding the technology behind such phenomena, the potential threat they represent, the geo-strategic implications, and what we don't know.

Below is the report of the excerpt, in which it is possible to understand the astonishing technological power of these aircraft: “Multisensory data supported observations of physical vehicles that performed intelligent maneuvers far beyond any known human capability. Examples included: extremely rapid acceleration (0 to 6437.36 km/h almost instantaneously). Up To date, speeds not reachable by any manned vehicle. It is Very fast and sharp turns (90 degrees or more, producing G-forces that would exceed human survivability). It is of a Sudden disappearance from radar (well before the development of stealth technology). We face a disruption of electrical systems without physical damage. Studying UFO data could provide the potential for a technological leap. This would not require access to a vehicle, but could result from scientific examination of reports to determine the theoretical physics needed to achieve such results.”

In another study, dated March 2021, Milburn discussed the revolutionary potential of the technologies observed in UAPs, the critical advantages they could provide, and the likelihood of their development and deployment, based on comments by Luis Elizondo, former director of the UAP Advanced Aerospace Threats (AATIP) from the Pentagon, and based on analyzes by scientists and former insiders of the Department of Defense.

Below is the translation of the extract reported above, in which the extraordinary technological capabilities of these objects and the great speculative interest that justifies the terrible secrecy built around this reality is even better understood: “The first observable phenomenon is the sudden acceleration or instantaneous… Human can withstand about 9 Gs for a short period of time while wearing a G-suit. From a materials science perspective, some of our most maneuverable aircraft [such as the F-16] can withstand G up to 20 before the wings start to give way. The objects we are witnessing express G-forces well above 200. So, as you might imagine, instantaneous acceleration would be very important for any country looking to increase its maneuverability.”

Such studies reflect Milburn's commitment to assessing the strategic and security implications of UAPs, using his expertise in intelligence and risk analysis to inform the public and policy makers. This, in effect, places Milburn's claims in a particularly credible and accredited context, given also his experience in dealing with sensitive data and assessing potential or emerging threats and given his careful use of reliable sources and verifiable data in his work. That is an approach that therefore seems to guarantee that his conclusions are based on solid evidence and valid methodologies.

His decision to speak publicly, he said, is aimed at supporting others who have testified about alleged UFO recoveries, underscoring the need to reduce the secrecy surrounding this topic to advance scientific progress. Milburn also emphasized the importance of centralizing information on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) to prevent such knowledge from falling into adversary hands, such as those of the Russians and Chinese. A reflection that leads us to carefully consider why there has historically been so much coverage and misinformation on this topic. It is indeed clear that the desire to maintain a technological advantage over opposing powers and to derive a large economic profit far exceeds ethical motivations and the benefit of global evolution.

A reality unfortunately, which raises fundamental questions regarding ethics and responsibility in dealing with information that could have a significant impact on human evolution and knowledge, and which makes us understand how increasingly important it is that decisions regarding UAPs are guided by principles of transparency, responsibility and international cooperation, rather than selfish and competitive interests.

However, the numerous statements and official documents often seem to conflict with Milburn's revelations, and at the same time contradict each other, oscillating between moments that seem to confirm his statements and moments in which they deny them. Obviously, this endless cycle of confirmations and denials generates uncertainty in public opinion and complicates understanding the true nature of UFOs. A strategically advantageous and specifically designed situation, as we well know, which fuels an atmosphere of mystery and confusion. A context that is particularly favorable for those powerful groups who, undisturbed, intend to pursue their own interests, which are often hidden and controversial.

Indeed, Milburn's former commanders have steadfastly denied any details about these newly revealed facts, while the UK's Ministry of Defense (MoD) told DailyMail.com they are “not aware of any material recovery operations involving inexplicable origin”.

Furthermore, in 2021, the then Defense Minister, Baroness Annabel Goldie, told Parliament that the Ministry of Defense “does not keep reports on unidentified aerial phenomena” but "continuously monitors UK airspace to identify and respond to any credible threat to its integrity."

“In over 50 years, no such report has indicated the existence of a military threat to the United Kingdom,” the Baroness said during a June 30, 2021 session of the UK House of Lords.
Yet, there is a report from 2000 determining the potential “collision” threat posed by UAP events to aircraft flying in the UK.

Furthermore, another report - drawn up by the United Kingdom's defense intelligence staff, also from 2000 - recognized the indisputable existence of unexplained aerial phenomena (UAP), attributing to their flight and maneuver capabilities far superior to those of any aircraft or known missile, manned or unmanned.

“The existence of UAPs is indisputable,” the document says. “They are credited with the ability to hover, land, take off, accelerate to exceptional speeds and to disappear, they are said to be able to suddenly change their flight directions, exhibiting aerodynamic characteristics far beyond those of any known aircraft or missile, both with or without any crew”.

Despite this, the report, admitting first and foremost that UAPs do not pose a threat and that they do not belong to other nations, and such statements should make us think deeply in the meantime, denies any violation of UK airspace by such objects and states that no There is evidence of unauthorized aerial platform incursions into the UK Air Defense Region (UKADR) nor of UAP interceptions by the Royal Air Force.

However, the details shared by Franc Milburn call everything into question, especially the content of that report. Milburn in fact said that he too had been informed by British military pilots of other direct encounters with some UFOs. In particular, he mentioned the story of two pilots and two navigators of Tornado jets, who told him they had received orders to intercept unidentified saucer-shaped flying objects. These interception attempts, however, ended with the pilots overwhelmed by the mysterious objects’ superior capabilities.

Milburn also mentioned two former US Air Force pilots, Major Milton Torres and Major George Filer III, who reported other attempts to intercept UFOs in British airspace in their respective years of service, 1957 and 1962. In fact, Torres described to him an experience in which a large object, locked on the radar, escaped at exceptional speed before he could shoot it. Filer instead reported an event in which he attempted to intercept a UFO which, when it was a short distance away, suddenly disappeared "projecting itself into space".

In short, a series of narratives, which describe "disc" shaped aircraft that escape attacks with conventional weapons such as 27 mm cannons, and the difficulty of jet radars in obtaining reliable detection, and which necessarily raise significant questions about their technology and actual origin .

Yet, the fact that these objects demonstrate capabilities well outside those permitted by terrestrial knowledge in the physical field is certainly nothing new. In fact, it is enough to cite the document drawn up by the American armed forces, and made public by the well-known journalist George Knapp. In fact, here we describe in detail the famous “Tic Tac” UFO, filmed in 2004 by two F18 fighter pilots.

We read that the AAV (Anomalous Aerial Vehicle) was able to descend very rapidly from a height of approximately 60,000 feet (18,288 kilometers) down to approximately 50 feet (15 meters) in the space of a few seconds. Furthermore, he was capable of remaining motionless in the air, and then moving away at very high speed and at the same time rotating on himself dizzily, moreover performing at truly extreme accelerations.

“[…] all that without any visible instrument that could provide both lift and propulsion. That device also managed to hide without problems from both radar and the human eye and it demonstrated a very advanced ability to operate even underwater.”

However, contradictions of the British Government aside, the story narrated by Franc Milburn finds an interesting parallel in the statements of David Grush, a former US Air Force intelligence officer who recently, during a public hearing before the US Congress, made Significant public claims regarding the U.S. Government's possession of alien craft. Mr. Grush claims that the Government has a secret UAP recovery and reverse engineering program. He also states that the Government owns many spaceships of non-human origin along with the deceased pilots of those ships, and many people were harmed or killed to keep these programs secret. Some of those statements have disconcerted the whole world. The authorities have raised questions about the knowledge and management of those phenomena, highlighting the need for greater transparency and investigation in these areas for a much deeper understanding.

Indeed, Milburn himself reportedly decided to disclose these mind-blowing details trying to back up these recent claims, which come alongside statements from Marco Rubio, a classified member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, who recently told the news station “News Nation” television channels that he spoke with some people who have been working to harvest new technology from captured potentially alien craft.

In short, there are many pieces of information regarding UAPs and a possible collection of technologies from unidentified aircraft.  That is part of a broader context of growing interest on behalf of the US Government and intelligence officials. Indeed, in recent years, various members of Congress, Pentagon officials, and some intelligence insiders have expressed their opinions and provided testimony about the importance of taking the UAP phenomenon seriously.

For example, the former director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), Luis Elizondo, who, although a particularly controversial figure, played a key role in bringing to light videos and testimonies regarding military encounters with UAPs, also criticized the lack of a coordinated system for the collection and analysis of data on UAPs. Elizondo has also stated on various occasions that the American government possesses ships and bodies of alien origin.

Similarly, Senator Harry Reid, former US Senate Majority Leader, has been a strong advocate of UAP research, often stressing the importance of taking UAP sightings seriously.

Or Christopher Mellon, former Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and consultant to the To “The Stars Academy of Arts & Science”, who has actively supported the need for greater Government transparency on UAPs, underlining the importance of investigating potential recovered materials from UAPs, and the possibility that the Government is working to reverse-engineer the technology of such objects. Mr. Mellon has repeatedly expressed concerns about the secrecy maintained on these matters and called for greater openness, considering the importance of such discoveries for science, technology, and the understanding of the Universe.

A series of examples, in short, that illustrate how the statements made by Mr. Milburn and Mr. Grush are not isolated. They are part of a growing recognition within Government and Intelligence circles of the importance of UAPs. In short, an interesting convergence of statements from various leading figures who underline the need for a more open and systematic approach to studying UAPs and their disclosure.

Those sources - with significant experience in the military and intelligence fields - offer a rare glimpse into hidden episodes, confirming the existence of a complex and little-disclosed reality regarding UFOs and their presence on Earth. 

Some relevant witnesses further support the potential existence of unknown technologies and living forms. Some urgent questions about secrecy policies and information management in the Government sector need to be handled.

The fact is that all those statements - alongside those of Mr. Milburn and Mr. Grush - fit into a broader context of recent similar statements, which include references to programs such as the "OGA Global Access" organization, which seems to have finalized secret initiatives aimed at to investigate and possibly exploit technologies of non-human origin.  

An organization whose existence is supported by several highly credible testimonies and official documents , such as the one published by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in December 2016. These documents list the OGA as one of the 56 CIA offices, confirming thus its existence and role within the United States government apparatus.

Or an unclassified organizational chart published by the CIA in October 2015, which lists OGA among nine offices in the agency's Science and Technology wing .

The late CIA expert Jeffrey Richelson also wrote a 2016 book about the agency where he reported that the OGA was founded in 2003 and cited a CIA description that the office “integrates analysis, technology and commercial techniques to attack the most difficult targets and provide services worldwide, implementing its collection capabilities.”

That organization is also discussed in a 255-word biography of former OGA Deputy Director Doug Wolfe, published by an aerospace conference in 2017, which states that Wolfe : “helped start the Office of Access global” and that “ he was responsible for leading and managing strategic non-notified access programs to provide information from the most difficult and denied areas”.

However, even if it seems that such shocking claims might come from a science fiction plot, they are part of a growing body of pieces of evidence suggesting that the US, British, and other governments may actually be hiding not man-made advanced vehicles.

And not surprisingly, Mr. David Grush, who recently spoke on BBC Radio 4, indicated that the cover-up of UFO information involves Five Eyes nations, including Britain, suggesting that this cover-up has an international scope.

Yet, for enthusiasts and experts in the field, all that is no cause for wonder, given that there is even official documentary evidence that talks about it as early as the 1950s. Like this document written in 1972 and obtained in 2015 thanks to the declassification of 7,700 pages by the Australian Government which I discussed extensively in this article.

UFOs ARE ALIENS: AMERICA LIED BY AN EXTRAORDINARY DECLASSIFIED DOCUMENT

The fact is that David Grusch's revelations and the subsequent declarations of figures like those in Milburn form a puzzle that is taking on an increasingly defined shape, revealing the existence of a complex and multilayered reality on the presence and activity of UFOs and Extraterrestrials. An intricate web of information and testimonies which underlines a growing desire for transparency and in-depth investigations on the part of the authorities and research bodies which is following a now inevitable path, in which, despite the existence of obvious resistance, the request for clarifications is has now become too strong a current to be ignored or stopped.

Actually, it is enough to remember that, under Senator Chuck Schumer suggestion, the American President Joe Biden signed a law, on December, which expressly declares the desire to investigate “technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligences”.

On the other hand, the Pentagon office in charge of UFO investigations, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), recently released a new report in which the existence of secret UFO recovery programs was again denied and therefore of reverse engineering.

The report states that there is no evidence of extraterrestrial technologies linked to UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) sightings and suggests that many of the unresolved reports could be explained as natural phenomena or conventional objects.

A process based on discussions and information exchanges cannot be adequate to definitively deny the existence of advanced technologies or of non-terrestrial origin. It lacks, in fact, a direct physical examination, detailed technical analyses, or transparent access to relevant information and data that could confirm or deny such claims. The effectiveness of this method of investigation depends heavily on sincerity and complete disclosure by the participants, as well as on the AARO's ability to ask incisive questions and follow up on any leads that may emerge from the conversations.
 
In conclusion, to offer reliable answers based on concrete evidence regarding the possible possession of extraterrestrial technology by private entities, as well as on all the other aspects covered in the report, a more rigorous and varied investigative approach should be essential. This should extend beyond simple interviews and discussions, including detailed technical analyses, in-depth desk reviews and direct inspections of the locations and equipment in question. But it is obvious that a more serious and scrupulous approach is not convenient for anyone. There are much more relevant interests at stake, as we have already seen.
 
However, that report's conclusion stands in stark contrast to numerous testimonies and documentation that suggest otherwise, highlighting a strange dissonance between official investigations and the experiences reported by witnesses and researchers in the field.
 
The fact is that the notion that secrecy over advanced technologies can confer strategic advantage or supremacy on a nation is not new and is deeply rooted in the history of global military and technological competition. Maintaining secrecy about critical technological developments is a tactic often used to preserve military, economic, or geopolitical advantage. This strategy has been seen in numerous contexts, from the arms race during the Cold War to contemporary developments in artificial intelligence and cyber-security.
 
In the context of UAPs or other potentially game-changing technologies, the theory suggests that if a Government or entity had access to significantly advanced technologies of unknown origin, it might be incentivized to hide such discoveries to explore applications without the risk of losing the technological advantage towards international rivals. This could include improvements in propulsion, advanced materials, energy systems, or other areas that could fundamentally transform the balance of military or economic power globally.
 
However, the debate on how to balance these interests continues, both within governments and between the public and the scientific community, and the main questions still remain unanswered. That is, to what extent does the desire for security and supremacy justify secrecy and how can such decisions be ensured to be in the best interests of society as a whole? However, it is time itself that will soon reveal to us what has been hidden by governments around the world and that will show us that the extraterrestrial reality is in truth more a question of salvation than a motive for power and money. In the meantime, human society must question itself, demand transparency, and work towards the common good, both on Earth and beyond.
