“FLOTILLA” OVER ROME

On 15 January 2024, I participated in a live broadcast with Red Ronnie in his always sparkling programme 'Let's Spend Tonight Together' (link to the programme:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OWNoUzgTrE4&t=575s ) Also on the link was Antonietta Filange, who was there to comment on a video she had shot in Rome, in the Borghesiana area, on 13 January 2024. Antonietta's video shows a classic 'flotilla' silhouetted sharply against the clear sky of the 'Eternal City'. The image below shows a contrasting frame from the video taken by the witness:

This phenomenon was very common at the end of the 1990s and the beginning of the 2000s, a period in which there were some truly extraordinary manifestations, especially in Mexico, where the term "flotilla" was coined, which refers to a group of objects moving according to a single pattern and not erratically, and which basically means "small fleet". After this very intense period, records of such phenomena have almost disappeared, making the phenomenon filmed by Antoinette Filange a rarity for the present day.

In the film, which consists of two shots, one can clearly see a larger, irregularly shaped object surrounded by dozens of smaller spherical objects. The larger object is the source of the other smaller objects. It is not yet entirely clear whether these objects are true 'motherships' or portals through which the other objects enter our dimension.

SATURDAY 13 JANUARY 2024: MYSTERIOUS LIGHTS IN THE SKY OVER ROME

While I was busy with a friend taking aerial photos with a drone, we came across a surprising sighting of unidentified objects in the sky. Suddenly we noticed two circular beams emanating from a central unit, one to the right and one to the left, expanding like fireworks. I knew immediately that this was a significant phenomenon. As the drone could not capture such distant images, I grabbed my phone and started filming, zooming in to capture every detail of an unexpected spectacle. The bright objects hovered in the sky, standing there as if to be observed, moving slowly in a swarm around the central unit. After a few minutes they mysteriously disappeared. This impromptu recording turned an ordinary working day into an exciting shared experience and left us with many unanswered questions.

The only thing to do... is to send the video immediately to experienced people to get concrete and honest answers, not only for me, but for us, because the message is for everyone!

VIDEO METADATA ANALYSIS "FLOTILLA" BY ANTONIETTA FILANGE

The video contains all the original metadata. Analysis of the metadata does not indicate that it has been tampered with or that any data has been voluntarily removed. 

The metadata indicates that the video was recorded on 13 January 2024 at 19:07 using an "iPhone 15 Pro Max" mobile phone. 

The dates of creation and modification of the document match in all verification parameters, differing by only a few seconds, which is a typical feature of the camera model used. This was confirmed by analysing other images taken with the same type of camera. This, together with the fact that the metadata does not indicate the use of editing software, leads to the conclusion that no graphic alteration was made in post-production.

The document also contains the serial number associated with the camera.

The metadata analysis concludes that the document is genuine and has not been graphically manipulated.

OBSERVATIVE ANALYSIS and GRAPHIC VALUATION

In the document, we see the presence of various spherical devices and an object that appears to be larger at first glance.

On closer inspection, and by viewing some enlarged and contrasted photographs, this object actually appears to be an agglomeration of several other spherical objects. This object, or agglomerate, shows the classic characteristics of a typical 'mother object' usually found in the well-known and appropriately named 'unconventional flying sphere flotillas'.

Morphology aside, observations and analysis suggest that spherical objects are ejected from this object.

Between one object and another there is also visible some kind of connection, probably of an energetic nature, or at least unconventional, because if it were a simple wire it would not be visible from such a height and we would also find it in all the other 'displaced' objects. In fact, such a connection has an important thickness.

All objects show an interesting ability to stabilise themselves, despite the fact that there are very strong air currents at this altitude, which would otherwise cause any object without its own propulsion to follow a particularly erratic course. 

In fact, a classic balloon, since it is usually filled with a gas less dense than air in order to fly, would not only have an erratic course, but also an oscillating movement, since it would be at the mercy of a force applied in the direction of the wind. 

Furthermore, given the classic 'pear' shape of many balloons, further instability would occur. However, it turns out that the objects studied have a spherical morphology and not the 'pear' shape of classical balloons. They also have small and unusual protuberances.

Moreover, their surface is fully illuminated and the brightness expressed does not vary in intensity. In fact, a balloon usually exhibits these characteristic 'flares' due to the interaction of an external light source with a reflective surface such as latex, which is constantly oscillating and moving due to air currents, exposing different angles of its own surface, which cannot have the same reflective power. On the other hand, given the characteristics expressed, the objects studied seem to demonstrate that they emit their own light source, or at least an anomalous light reflection power, common characteristics of classical light or plasma spheres, as usually observed in the various videos depicting 'flottillas' of unconventional objects.

GENERAL COMMENT

Unfortunately, due to the poor quality of the video, it was not possible to carry out a more detailed analysis.

CONCLUSION
The analyses, tests and observations carried out indicate that the document is genuine. Furthermore, no graphic alterations have been detected.
