Alien Tech and Financial Power: A UAP RETRIEVAL EXCLUSIVE FOOTAGE
Jacob
Barber, a former U.S.
Air Force Special Forces airman, has publicly stepped forward as a
whistleblower in unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP). He claimed to have spent years in a covert program aimed at recovering
aircraft of non-human origin, working unofficially for both the U.S.
government and the intelligence community. After conducting extensive research into Jake Barber's background, NewsNation,
a prominent American television and newspaper broadcaster, recently published
an exclusive interview with him, which included astonishing footage of a UAP
recovery.
NewsNation has confirmed Barber's military credentials. He served as an aircraft mechanic in the United States Air Force (USAF) during the late 1990s before being recruited into special operations, specifically Combat Control. Additionally, he later worked unofficially for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. In recent years, several notable individuals have asserted that a covert government program is dedicated to recovering Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs). This operation has reportedly been ongoing for decades. One of them is David Grush, a former US intelligence official who testified before Congress. He stated that the government has possessed and studied materials of non-human origin for decades, including materials recovered from some crashed spacecraft. Mr. Grush clarified that he did not have direct access to these programs, but rather received this information from highly reliable internal sources. Likewise, Luis Elizondo, former director of the Pentagon program known as the “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program” (AATIP), has publicly confirmed, including before the United States Congress, the existence of government investigations into the UAP phenomenon. He has participated in numerous interviews and public appearances, including one on 60 Minutes and in the New York Times. However, he clarified that he has never been directly involved in the recovery operations of unconventional aircraft.

Colonel John Blitch is a legendary figure in the military world, often referred to as a “Renaissance Warrior” for his unique combination of field experience and academic expertise. A special operations veteran, scientist and innovator, with a Ph.D. in psychology and a long career in military and technological research, he is one of Jacob Barber's most ardent supporters.
After retiring from active duty, Colonel Blitch continued to work in advanced military research, working on pioneering projects in robotics and artificial intelligence for defense. His direct involvement in the technology frontier gave him access to classified information on experimental weapons systems and potential unconventional air threats.
In other words, Colonel Blitch is an extremely reliable person who confirms and corroborates Jacob Barber's statements. The United States has been studying the technology of recovered non-terrestrial origin vehicles for decades.
All shrouded in impenetrable operational silence.
Therefore, another testimony to the usual information compartmentalization system, calibrated to prevent unauthorized information leakages. Such a system is a well-oiled machine designed to protect strategic secrets and keep potentially destabilizing information under control.
Anyone familiar with the mechanisms of power knows that this pattern has been repeated for decades. Many burning truths hidden behind national security are entrusted to a small circle of individuals and kept away from the public conscience with the complicity of institutions, media, and industrial apparatuses.
“Everything changed for me at that time,” Barber says. “I left the Air Force and was sent to California to set up a cover base as an independent contractor. That would allow me to continue serving, but in a completely different capacity. What happened next was my entry into a world that would directly confront me with the reality of UAP.”
Barber pointed out that his career's new phase was more than just a shift in responsibilities. It was his initiation into a highly classified environment where operations were not dictated by the conventional military structure. He joined a specialist team of experts, engineers, and operators who were specially trained to recover crashed aircraft at secret test sites in the desert.
He clarified that most of the activities related to the UAP were not under direct government control. Rather, they were delegated to private companies and defense contractors. Those were allegedly instrumental in keeping, studying, and developing the recovered technologies. Such an operational structure likely allowed for the circumvention of transparency and democratic oversight, resulting in to severely restricted access to information, even for high-level officials, he also noted.
“Most of the operations we conducted were in what I call ‘the range,’ an area where the U.S. government, together with its private partners, conducted advanced testing of weapons systems and assessed the resilience of specific aircraft to those systems.”

In summary, as
previously mentioned, this is not a novel practice; it has been established for
some time and corroborated by various credible figures in the field of UAP
disclosure, in addition to the prominent cases of Luis Elizondo and David Grush.
Notably, Dr. Steven Greer, the founder of the Disclosure Project, has gathered
numerous accounts from former military personnel and defense contractors,
indicating that certain private entities have had access to extraterrestrial technologies since the
1950s. Colonel John Alexander, a
Special Forces officer and Pentagon insider, has endorsed this perspective,
frequently discussing the existence of small,
compartmentalized groups operating
covertly and capable of handling highly classified information, entirely beyond
the oversight of official institutions.

According to his own
statements, Barber was recruited as a helicopter pilot and was
part of a highly specialized team, charged with recovering
crashed aircraft from a secret testing facility located in a remote
desert area.
“A lot
of our work was done in what I call ‘the range,’” he explained. “It was a restricted area
where the U.S. government, in collaboration with private companies, was
experimenting with cutting-edge technologies. They were testing new weapons
systems and evaluating the resistance of certain aircraft to those systems. It
was a very dynamic environment, and you could see some very unusual phenomena.”
It was in that context
that Barber began to notice inexplicable events.
“There
are always interesting things happening out there,” he said. “Objects appearing and
disappearing from view. Structures seemingly dissolving and then reappearing.
Aircraft moving at incredible speeds, making no noise or air movement. Things
changing color, shape, size before our eyes.”
“We
knew these were classified aircraft,” he said. “Our job was to recover them
and bring them back to the designated sites for study.”
But what struck him
most was the nature of these objects. “You just had to look
at them to realize that they were something extraordinary, something that did
not belong to our human technology,” he said.
Barber also said he
recalled with extreme clarity his first close encounter with an object
that defied logical explanation.
“I was
in the air, flying a helicopter, operating a long line of about 150-200 feet
(about 45-60 meters). At one point, I was within 150 feet of an object on the
ground,” he said.
“There
was an egg in front of me. A white egg,” he revealed. “It had no visible engines,
no openings, no conventional aerodynamic structures. And most importantly, it
had no heat signature.”
“I
looked at it through the infrared goggles, then I lowered the goggles and
looked directly at it. I examined it in different ways. And there was no doubt:
what I was seeing was not something made by human hands.”
“We all
knew we were dealing with something extraordinary,” Barber said. “It was like nothing we had
ever seen before.”

A forensic examination by the Scientific Coalition for Ufology (SCU) suggests that the object measured between 15 and 18 meters in length and lacked typical features of a conventional aircraft. Most remarkably, the object's technical capabilities are astonishing. It is estimated that the TicTac-shaped UFO could have achieved speeds of around 105,000 miles per hour, equivalent to over 200,000 kilometers per hour, with accelerations surpassing 12,000G, or twelve thousand times the force of Earth's gravity. In contrast, a human can endure a maximum of 9G for only a short period before losing consciousness or succumbing.

This incident remains without a credible official explanation, and the truth must be pursued amidst the systematic efforts to minimize, redirect, or obscure public discourse regarding these phenomena.
Barber pointed out that the response of his chain of command and his own experience left little room for doubt about the true nature of the objects his team interacted with.
“I will tell you that because of the reaction from my leadership structure and my experience working in that capacity, everyone involved was convinced that what we were seeing and dealing with was, in fact, exotic in its origin,” he said.
“It would have been transferred to a secure facility, as is the case with all classified materials. But my role ends when I deliver the cargo. From there, the fate of the object passes into different hands,” he explained.
But the most relevant point of his revelations concerns a confirmation received directly from high-ranking members of the UAP Task Force.
“I will also tell you that during this process, over the last two years, I have been confirmed by ranking members of the UAP Task Force that what we were working with that night was, in fact, NHI (Non-Human Intelligence).”
Since the United States Congress officially
recognized the acronym NHI (Non-Human
Intelligence) in a federal law
enacted in 2023 through the National Defense Authorization Act, Jacob Barber's
statement holds particular importance within the present legislative framework.
In this context, the term clearly refers to non-human origin entities or
technologies. Therefore, that represents a monumental shift in the
institutional language surrounding the UAP phenomenon.

That was not a mere oversight but a deliberate communication strategy. An inconvenient truth is disseminated through official channels, such as federal legislation, to technically inform the public while avoiding discussion, context, or media amplification.
This approach exemplifies a passive revelation model that allows authorities to assert ‘you've been told’ when the truth eventually comes to light.
It illustrates a consistent pattern of how certain uncomfortable facts are communicated without being genuinely acknowledged, forming part of a broader strategy to prepare the public without inciting panic or threatening the existing geopolitical and economic framework. The truth is carefully measured, controlled, and integrated into a narrative that aligns with the interests of those in power.
In addition to the “pearl-white egg” shaped object, Barber reports having encountered another aircraft of an anomalous nature.
“There was another object. One was ‘the egg’ and the other was what I called 'the octagon'.”
According to his description, the octagonal object (which he himself calls an “eightgon”) looked like a flying saucer divided into eight sections, clearly delineated when viewed from above.
“And I can
describe it so well because I saw it mostly from above, because I was in
command of a helicopter,” he
said. “We recovered several ‘eightgons’. In this particular operation,
there was more than one that made it to the ground.”

One of the first to strongly support this vision was Eugenio Siragusa, a central figure of twentieth-century Italian contactism. Active since the 1950s, Siragusa claimed to be in telepathic contact with Extraterrestrial entities of a spiritual nature, which he called the “Space Brothers”. According to his testimonies, these beings come from advanced civilizations, not only from a technological point of view, but above all on an ethical and consciousness level, and communicate through psychic frequencies and subtle vibrations, capable of entering into resonance with the human soul.
Contact, Siragusa explained, does not occur primarily on a material level, but rather through an internal process that involves the mind, heart and spirit. The central message of these intelligences was always the same: justice, peace, brotherhood and preparation for planetary change.
Siragusa argued that humanity was in a critical transition phase, and that these beings were intervening, discreetly but firmly, to awaken consciences and direct collective evolution toward a new paradigm. True contact, he explained, is not with the external alien, but with the divine part of the human being, capable of understanding and welcoming superior realities.
This vision,
partly mystical, partly cosmological, has found continuity in figures such
as Giorgio Bongiovanni, mystic, contactee and spiritual
heir of Siragusa, who today carries forward the same message, expanding it
in the light of today's events.

Jacob Barber said that not only
the US government, but also private companies involved
in secret programs were interested in the phenomenon of so-called UAPs.
One of the missions assigned to his team was the recovery of “HVT” (high
value targets), or “Toughbook” laptops containing
sensitive material. “The available material consisted of sensor data
and illegally recorded video during certain operations. Some of these files
could be considered classified or incriminating,” he explained.
After the
recovery, the team discovered that the hard drives had
been removed. A tip led them to a secluded lake, where they found
the drives hidden in a steel container 25 feet (8 meters)
below the surface. “Someone was doing a lot of efforts to hide these
things,” Barber said. But it was the next mission that showed a disturbing
turn of events. “Our intelligence contact had changed, and the
intelligence contact kept changing. That raised my concern,” he said. “It
was clear they had been killed.”

Jacob Barber, as he later stated, would later realize that his mission was no longer about the defense of national security, but had become part of a dark system, dominated by private, military and geopolitical interests, far from the collective good. What he should have done, at that point, was no longer serve in silence, but expose himself, completely change his approach and take the issue outside the perimeter of Intelligence, towards public opinion and institutions.
“I would need Congress, funding and to go public,” Barber said.
So he decided
to directly involve the United States Congress, seeking legal
protection, funding and political visibility to give legitimacy to his
testimony.
Yet, the usual dynamic of the artfully constructed hero seems to repeat itself, as in the case of Luis Elizondo, who over time has clearly revealed himself not as a true outsider, but rather an official strategically charged with “revealing” selected and packaged truths within a narrative functional to institutional interests.
Elizondo spoke openly about Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) but always framed them as an "alien threat." He emphasized risk over opportunity, contributing to a perception of an external danger that needed to be addressed with increased technology, greater control, and more military investment. In reality, he did not dismantle the existing system; instead, he reinforced it, disguising control as transparency.
Likewise, Jacob Barber's testimony, as articulated and impactful as it is, raises similar questions. His story, as we will see in the next chapter, seems to follow a tried and tested pattern, made of partial truths, expertly calibrated emotional details, technical elements, all set in a narrative that fascinates but above all confuses and disorients.
Even the choice
to bring the issue to Congress may not be a revolutionary act, but a strategic
step, useful to give legitimacy to the story itself. Not to tear down the veil
of secrecy, but to make it "acceptable" in the eyes of the
public, simulating a democratic debate that remains aligned
with an already written script.
In August 2024, Jacob Barber then claimed that he and his “Skywatcher” team would conduct an operation using a so-called “psionic asset,” a person believed to be capable of interacting with non-ordinary phenomena through extrasensory mental abilities. The goal would be to summon a UAP.
However, according to Barber, the mission took a completely unexpected turn. During the operation, a real clash in the sky between two UAPs occurred, a sort of battle between the object summoned by the team and a second aircraft, described as a “rogue UAP”, presumably controlled by an unknown entity with hostile intent.
“We believe the UAP our team summoned found itself at war with a rogue UAP,” Barber said. According to him, the event occurred a few minutes into the operation, when the “psionic asset” involved in the contact attempt suddenly became agitated, exclaiming, “Something’s going on, something’s wrong. Get me out of here.”
It goes without saying that the idea that two UAPs, theoretically controlled by superior non-human intelligences, engaging in an aerial battle, appears not only highly illogical, but even grotesque. The objects described in the most authoritative sightings, especially those documented in official military contexts, have never shown openly hostile or aggressive behaviour. On the contrary, their conduct has always shown an evasive logic, far from the warlike dynamics typical of human mentality.
That narrative
smells like science fiction, a construction that raises the legitimate
suspicion of being faced with yet another orchestrated story,
designed to cloud public understanding, fuel ambiguity and keep the
UAP phenomenon relegated to a gray area, suspended between reality and fiction.
In doing so, the public gets confused, destabilized, rendered
incapable of distinguishing between what is authentic and what is manipulated,
while the truly compromising information and the real perpetrators remain safe,
protected by a labyrinth of speculation, cleverly constructed to
divert attention.
We are thus
witnessing the usual and sophisticated game that consists of revealing
the existence of aliens, but at the same time instilling doubts,
sowing the idea that they could represent a threat. A well-tested
strategy that, as is now clear, serves to justify increasing military spending,
strengthen institutional control, and even legitimize new global surveillance
policies, all masked by an apparent need for planetary security. And so, the
Extraterrestrials become the perfect tool to fuel fear, divert
attention from the real dynamics of power and consolidate a narrative
that is functional to the dominant interests.
An analysis that goes beyond the content of statements should also consider the context that creates, filters, and reinforces them. To understand the UAP background, we should ask ourselves who is driving the narrative, for what, and for whom.
What is needed is a clear-eyed look, supported by rigorous technical checks, capable not only of examining the "Barber case" in depth, but of placing it within a broader framework, which involves the role of the media, information and the powers that control them.
It is essential to realize, that truly free and independent information now belongs to an almost utopian view. Today, every flow of information, more or less indirectly, is subject to the money and interests of those who hold power. This is particularly true for the big media, which do not represent neutral instruments at all, but sophisticated consensus management mechanisms, functional to the strategies of global economic, political and geopolitical power.
It is precisely with this in mind that I decided to investigate the structure and financing of NewsNation in depth. And, predictably, the conclusions I reached fully confirm these dynamics. A careful analysis reveals that behind the apparent neutrality of the broadcaster lies a media system perfectly integrated into the logic of power and control of information, a model that can be replicated and replicated in much of the mainstream panorama.
Yes, I am fully aware that today anyone who dares to raise these questions is too often branded as a "conspiracy theorist". But quickly dismissing such reflections is a sign of a serious lack of critical and cognitive tools. It would be enough to delve deeper with a minimum of intellectual honesty and investigative spirit to begin to glimpse a much more complex and articulated picture than the one proposed daily to public opinion.
We live in an era dominated by preconceptions artfully constructed by those who control the main channels of information. And when even thought is no longer free, but directed, distorted, channelled into pre-established patterns, it ends up becoming an instrument of power, at the service of logics that have nothing to do with truth.
NewsNation is an American television channel owned by Nexstar Media Group, one of the largest media companies in the United States. Nexstar is a public company, listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol “NXST”, and according to information available online, does not receive direct funding from the US government. However, its revenues derive largely from private capital, coming from financial groups of enormous importance that hold significant shares of the company.
This data raises legitimate questions about the actual editorial independence of the broadcaster, which presents itself publicly as neutral and impartial, but which in reality is clearly subject to the influence of specific economic and strategic interests. In fact, although Perry A. Sook, founder, chairman and CEO of Nexstar, owns approximately 5.64% of the company's shares, the real centres of power reside in the giants of global finance, in particular The Vanguard Group and BlackRock Advisors LLC.
Here is the list of Nexstar's major shareholders:
- The Vanguard Group : 10.03% of shares (3,110,185 shares)
- BlackRock Advisors LLC : 8.52% of shares (2,642,156 shares)
- Perry A. Sook : 5.64% of shares (1,749,151 shares)
- LB Hercules Holdings LLC : 4.79% of shares (1,484,299 shares)
- DFA Australia Ltd. : 4.07% of shares (1,261,565 shares)
BlackRock, with over $10.5 trillion in assets under management, is currently the largest asset manager on the planet. Its direct connections to governments, central banks, sovereign wealth funds and global institutions make it a major player not only in the financial sphere, but also in defining media narratives and international political agendas.
The Vanguard Group, which manages more than $8 trillion, is the other giant in global finance. Not only is it a major shareholder in BlackRock, giving it a double level of influence, but it also has significant stakes in all the world’s major media networks and digital platforms.
Among these:
- Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Amazon
- Disney
- Comcast (an entertainment giant that includes the NBC television network)
- Fox
- Warner Bros
- Discovery
- Paramount
- New York Times
What is important to understand is that investors like BlackRock and Vanguard do not directly manage the day-to-day operations of Nexstar (the company that owns NewsNation), but they have enormous influence over its strategic decisions, including those related to editorial lines. As major shareholders, in fact, they have the ability to influence the choice of management, ensuring that at the top of the company there are figures in line with their vision and their economic and geopolitical interests.
In doing so, they essentially decide what gets published and what gets omitted, who gets promoted or pushed aside, which issues get emphasized and which get ridiculed or ignored.
And if we consider that the influence of Vanguard and BlackRock is not limited to the information field, but also extends to the political, institutional and economic world, thanks to their ability to move capital between companies, sectors or entire countries, it becomes clear how real and systemic their power is, capable of influencing government decisions, legislative choices and geopolitical strategies on a global scale.
In this scenario, it appears clear that high finance, also having direct influence on the political and institutional level, can use the media to consolidate its cultural dominance, direct public opinion and shape the global narrative according to agendas that serve its own interests of power.
In short, NewsNation, like many other networks, is just one of the many pieces of a much larger mosaic, in which global finance dictates the pace, selects the acceptable truths and shapes collective thinking according to logics that serve specific interests, often light years away from what would be societal benefits.
A censorship, therefore, that does not manifest itself through explicit gagging, but through a highly refined consensus management, based on economic mechanisms and the selective manipulation of the narrative.
In such a context, free and independent information is relegated to the margins, while public opinion is slowly educated to accept as “reality” what is functional to the interests of those who control the financial and media flows of the world.
This is why,
today, talking about the independence of information risks
being a pious illusion.
- Lockheed Martin
- Northrop Grumman
- Raytheon
Technologies (now RTX Corporation)
- General Dynamics
- Boeing
- Leidos
Understanding who controls the media and what interests finance them is essential to interpret lucidly and critically the current surge of public attention towards the UAP phenomenon. The narrative about UAPs and aliens is not emerging spontaneously and transparently but is increasingly presented as a gradual and guided construction, orchestrated to prepare public opinion for a “revelation”, but according to a filtered and distorted version of reality.
As we have seen, high finance in general, thanks to its participation in major global media and technology companies, holds a systemic power capable of shaping the global narrative. Within this framework, scenarios such as the militarization of space, the construction of a new “non-human” threat, or even the psychological preparation of the masses for a potential artificial conflict with Extraterrestrial entities become not only plausible, but perfectly functional.
The story about UAPs, therefore, is not just information, but a narrative engineering operation, in which selected truths, strategic omissions and disinformation are intertwined with the aim of limiting critical thinking, disorienting the public, and channelling the collective conscience towards a vision that is functional to the established power.
In this context, knowing who controls the information is not only relevant, it is absolutely necessary. Because if a “revelation” is truly taking place, it is equally fundamental to ask who is guiding it, with what purposes and under what conditions. Only like this, we will be able to distinguish what is authentic from what is constructed. Only in this way will we be able to begin to truly understand what lies behind the UAP phenomenon.
If we want to clearly read what is happening, we must look beyond the official press releases and sensational headlines, and follow the flow of money, analyzing who controls the information and who finances the companies involved in the strategic sectors of defense and aerospace.
The massive presence of large shareholders in both the large media conglomerates and among the main defense contractors provides us with a fundamental key of understanding. This is not a free dissemination, but a controlled management of the narrative. A sophisticated strategy in which information, technology and finance intertwine to direct public perception and consolidate a consensus built from above.
This is why the ongoing “alien disclosure” cannot be naively welcomed as a gesture of transparency. On the contrary, it is necessary to be critically analyzed in its economic, media and geopolitical dimensions. Only in this way will we be able to recognize what is needed to awaken the collective conscience, distinguishing it from what instead aims to condition, guide, and control it.
